This pain is as close as it gets to perfection! It heats evenly, is scratch-resistant (no plastic or silicone tools required) and is as close to non-stick as any other pan I've tried and I've tried several! It's so much less finicky than my stainless steel or carbon steel pans. Worth every single penny and I'd buy it again in a heartbeat. The size is perfect for things like browning taco meat or large batches of sauce. The high sides mean that my stove top stays clean because nothing is splashing over the edges. Love this frying pan with lid. The 12.25 inch is larger than your normal 11 inch pan making food easier to place in pan, cook and to flip over. The nonstick has the food slide off easily and no problem to clean. Faberware is a reputable product and the price was great, especially that it included a lid and 2 handles.
