This splendid Luxury All Season Block Throw is lightweight and warm with a fabulous silky feel. Available in beautiful color combinations of naturally dyed colors with expertly hand-finished. This block pattern suits all homes and is a favorite with real estate agents for their home displays. This throw is all natural fibers of a single farmed and produced a herd of Peruvian alpaca and gray sheep. There are no synthetic fibers or chemical dyes used for the final throw.

This throw is expensive and when you receive it you will know why. The colors and weaving are the best features. Beautifully executed. The feel is somewhat silky but there is also a certain natural roughness that you can perceive. After reading the contents I realized I was feeling the wool, although the soft Alpaca is the prominent hand. The throw is light weight, yet nicely warm. I ordered the cocoa color and it is on a grey couch and the grey and brown blocks pull the rest of the room together. This is definitely a light greytanbrown color block, not blue. This throw is 50% wool and 50% acrylic. There was a definite unpleasant odor when I opened the plastic zipper bag it arrived in, strong enough that I knew I wanted to wash it before using it. There were no washing instructions on the throw or in the packaging, so I looked it up online. The instructions I found said it could be machine washed in cold water on delicate and air dried, which is what I did. It didn’t wash well, it “felted” and lots of loose threads appeared.
