Haven’t used this one yet because I’m waiting for them to paint the house ( supposed to be fine in May but they are starting tomorrow). I have ordered these before and they lasted 6 years outdoors uncovers in Florida heat. A power washer sprayed them with 45 bleach mixture and they didn’t like that. A perfect compliment to our new furniture on the back deck. It feels like some kind of woven plastic kind of fabric. It's welcoming to bare feet and doesnt get hot like the bare wood. It has done very well in the torrential downpours weve occasionally had this summer. The colors don't give any indication of fading.
