This is a good set. I especially like the large skillet with the little helper handle. They do stick slightly, but have been very easy to clean for the most part. When I did have the food stick, I just soaked for a little while in hot soapy water and was able to remove the stuck on part. I think it was caused by the sauce on the food and maybe cooking a bit too hot. Since every brand of pan is a little different, it takes a few cooking sessions to see how they conduct the heat.. For best results, use a little oil or butter when cooking eggs or other liquid based foods. It is best to cook on low to medium heat for best the best release. Never use aerosol nonstick sprays with these pans as it will reduce the life of the nonstick. The Hybrid Plus pans are dishwasher safe, but we highly recommend hand washing to extend the life of the nonstick performance of the cookware.
