I love this hot tub. I originally bought an inflatable hot tub and quickly discovered we loved it. So we ordered this tub. I was expecting it around May 14th to the 22nd but it came early on the 2nd. The delivery drivers were absolutely incredible. We had planned to set the tub at the far end of our gravel dirt driveway and the delivery drivers were kind enough to bring it as far as they could which was actually right next to where we were going to put it. They were wonderful and made it so easy for us to get the tub where we needed it. It is quite heavy so we had 4 guys here to help us move it after the delivery drivers left. It wasnt too bad to get it into position. My only complaint about the hot tub is the access panel screws are put in at an angle. I had to buy a right angle drill adapter to remove the screws. And some of the screws no longer catch on the panel to hold it together now. My other complaint is that the holes are large enough for rodents to get into the access panel. So we had to cover those holes in wire mesh. A minor issue but it was fixable. My biggest complaint is just the difficulty in accessing the pump. My other complaint is the cover has 3 holes on each side that go through the fabric and show the foam inside. I would think thats not right but its on both sides and the holes are in the same position on both sides and perfect circles. I dont know if those are intentional though or not.. Tyler. Love it!!! I paid $1500 to a general contractor to assemble it, took 7 hours and I paid $3500 to an electrician to run 220V to the back yard which took 6 hours. Still more than half the cost of the lowest price given at a local store here in San Diego. Great quality, gets as hot as advertised in about 15 minutes, but San Diego is never cold, so starting temp is always around 70 degrees. Highly recommend, but line up assembly and electrical first, know what your getting into. Read the assembly instructions in the ad.. Scott. San Diego, CA. Thu Apr 23 2026

It is beautiful and very well made, but very high and a challenge to get into and out of unless you are VERY agile and VERY flexible and somewhat of a shorter person and on the thinner/skinny side. I just wish it was longer and lower. I hope the manufacture reads this. . Melody. South Lake, TX. Sat Jul 11 2026

The Watoga 2-4 people traditional cedar steam sauna is assembled using a ball-and-socket profile, held in place by stainless steel bands and minimal fasteners. The significance of this configuration is that it maintains a reliable seal while allowing the lumber to expand and contract. The entire unit is mounted on two polymer support cradles that lift the undercarriage of the sauna to keep it from coming in direct contact with any moisture on the ground.

This is an amazing sauna and great health and a fantastic addition to your self-care at home.. Anthony. Murrieta, CA. Sat Jul 18 2026

After some research and looking at different options, I landed on this sauna. It arrived fairly quickly, in the instructions were very easy to follow. It took me roughly a day to put together, in the final result was incredible. My wife and I use this 3 to 5 times a week, and it's been the perfect way to recover and to improve our sleep. I initially had some concerns about how it would hold up in the Texas heat (yes, call us crazy for buying a sauna in Texas), but so far everything has been excellent. The heater is perfectly sized, and it has been a fantastic overall addition to our backyard.. Chris123. Austin, Texas. Mon Oct 12 2026
