I am a bit disappointed, I just unboxed this and started assembling it. I got to the step to put the laundry bags on the “drawer” slide and the last one was broken. One of the rails was broken and the bad cannot Velcro around it. Otherwise , I really like this . I’m hoping the company can send me a replacement B piece so I don’t have to return the whole thing. UPDATE!! Customer service was amazing and I received a message from the vendor saying they could replace the broken piece. I spent a full days pay on a SH trashcan when I was first starting out on my own. Guess what, though That trashcan sits in my kitchen to this day some 10 years later. So if this laundry hamper is half as amazing as their trashcans are, 150 seems more than reasonable. Regarding the actual product, its sturdy and has a decent capacity. I suspect the removable section will either be used every time I do laundry or never again - time will tell, and Ive only had it in my possession for all of 24 hours.
