It feels sturdy and of good quality. The assembly instructions were horrible but I mean it’s pretty straightforward and intuitive. My only issue was the top part was a little crooked so I had to straighten it with pliers. The only other note I’ll make is fingerprints and smudges go on easy but are also pretty eady ti clean off.. Personally I definitely feel this lamp was absolutely overpriced for the quality. It is on the lighter side, though it’s still stable enough/fine, the base could be dented/disfigured if you squeezed hard, and the gold looks somewhat cheap. However, having said that I also overall love the way it looks and I’m super happy it’s mine, the Burgundy color is rich and pretty - feminine and moody.
