This chair is SO comfortable! The Material is an amazing quality, and is such a smooth soft faux leather. The padding and cushioning of the chair is just right for sitting many hours at a time comfortably. My favorite feature is the width of the chair seat. I like to sit with my legs crossed and there is plenty of room for this. The chair rolls and turns very smooth. The electric recline is a really nice touch if you need to kick your feet and and relax for a bit. I do wish the foot rest would raise on its own, but in order to pull the foot rest up, you also have to recline that back, so that is the only thing I would change about this chairs design. The chair has a battery pack so you do not need to keep it plugged in to use the electronic recline feature. As other reviewers have said, this chair is great quality with good padding. However, I feel this chair is more for the big and tall folks out there. The seat depth is very deep at 20.4'' and the back of the chair cannot come forward, so I have to add another pillow in addition to the lumber pillow provided in order to get any back support.
