Our basement tends to get incredibly cold during the winter months, so we purchased this electric fireplace to add some supplemental heat. We are highly satisfied with the results! It is well-built, sturdy, and puts out great warmth while looking beautiful in the space. The only downside was the shipping logistics. The order was split into two shipments the actual fireplace insert arrived super fast within two days, but the cabinetbase portion took quite a while to show up. When the base finally arrived, the shipping box was heavily damaged. Luckily, the manufacturer packed the internal components well, so the actual product was completely undamaged. With that being said the quality of the product is fantastic and we hope that will help us to solve the issue with our basement during the winter months! Highly recommend!. Larisa. Wilmette, IL.
