Love the look of this bed. Took a chance bc there were no reviews. The bed delivered in about 5 days. The packing wasn’t the best, but everything was intact and undamaged inside the box. Quality is fair, not exceptional. Upholstery is only on the outside of the bed, not behind the headboard, footboard or rails. Bed is assembled with bolts that are visible on the footboard which I don’t like. The fabric is linen and on the lighter side, not yellowish or grey. Hammered features are a nice contrast to the conventional upholstered bed design. Bed can be mixed with contemporary furniture or antiquish, like I have. All in all, I’d recommend. This headboard is very nice and looks expensive. It makes the room look great. The fabric is nice and soft. The color is great and as described. The only issue is the way to mount it was not easy and we ended up just having to press it up against the wall and use dry wall screws. It would not fit into our king size tempurperic bed frame. We have not had issues before with previous headboards so this was annoying. It ended up working out the way we did it but still frustrating. I do appreciate that it’s wood though and not metal. They don't describe the color in the description and when I zoomed in I thought they looked more burnished bronze. In person they are definitely copper like a penny. I was worried when I ordered the headboard that the linen might be wrinkled. Sometimes the way they put it on the headboard. It doesn’t stretch tight enough, but it’s perfect. I had a problem with the head headboard not fitting The holes didn’t match up . my luckily my Handyman worked his magic and added some extra holes and everything turned ok. Size Purchased: California King Overall very content with this purchase. I live alone so assembly was a bit difficult but I managed by myself (6'4" dude), but for most buyers I'd imagine it would take two people to handle it. During assembly very important to leave bolts at joints loose so that they can be wiggled into tight fighting place at final stages. Prior to laying down the mattress on top, the smaller composite wood legs in the middle of the frame did not touch flush with the ground. However, with laying down the mattress and lying on it they support the weight and the frame feels sturdy/doesn't wobble. We put this bed in one of our bedroom's a couple weeks ago and I keep forgetting it's not something we've had forever — it just fits. The headboard is the first thing you notice. It's a wingback shape, upholstered in this linen-blend fabric that actually feels good to lean against, not stiff or cheap like some upholstered pieces can be. I didn't expect to care this much about a headboard, but now it's basically why the room feels finished. Assembly was really straight-forward — two of us got it done, everything we needed was in the box, and instructions were simple and easy to follow. The slat system holds everything up on its own, so once it was together, that was it — no extra piece to buy or figure out. A couple weeks in, it's holding up exactly like I'd hoped.
