I am impressed with the look and feel of this 2 piece carving set. They are well constructed, feel heavy, but not too heavy to cut all meats from turkey to Rib-eye roasts. I HIGHLY recommend silicone, nylon or wood utensils because they WONT scratch up the bowls. And if you really like the shiny finish, please DO NOT put in dishwasher.
