The 5 stars are for the excellent customer service that Wayfair provides. The storage bench is not as well made as I would expect it to be (perhaps 3.5 to 4 stars) since it does look nice just material used is cheap. The first one I received had a broken leg, the top thin plastic cover that protects the cushion was ripped which left a small stain and the hinge was broken on the left side. I attached a picture of the leg. Upon contacting Wayfair customer service they promptly took care of it. The replacement I received is in perfect shape. My recommendation to the manufacturer would be to put additional packaging around the legs to keep them from breaking and to use a stronger plastic wrap to protect the top cushion. The main structure of this bench is made of solid wood and iron. The bottom is added with H-shaped support shelves to increase stability. We like the craft flowers on the backrest and the solid wood legs in the style of Roman columns. This makes this bench both practical and decorative.
