Very nicely packaged and shipped, and easy to put together. Allows flexibility for left or right facing options. The cushions ship vacuum packed and need 48 hours to fluff. It’s super easy to put the feet on by hand, and having a rubber mallet to connect the couch connectors together is very helpful. Seems to be decent quality material and cushioning. The brown color is more like a sand color and blends really nicely with our light gray walls, giving the room a more warm feeling than our previous black pleather sectional. We usually don’t allow our dogs on the furniture and our kids are all grown, but we shall see how it holds up with our grandkids over the years! If I’m able to, I will post an update in the future after the pillows fluff a bit. I purchased an extra ottoman so me and my hubby can rest our feet. Overall, very happy with my purchase!. Anonymous. disappointed - If the material was described as "corduroyed velour ", I would not have bought this love seat. I think it was misleading to describe it as corduroy which suggests it's made from a durable material, as in corduroy pants.. Tomye Anne. Richmond Hill, ON. Sat Mar 28 2026

Cheap couches not worth money. Material for recliner mechanisms are cheap and weak. One of the couches were leaning to one side from new out of the box. They did replace it but here we are probably less than a year later and every seat that reclines leans to the side and are uncomfortable for long term seating and guest. Don’t waste your money..
