After several days of back and forth messages and photo uploads, I was told that the missing part would be sent from overseas. I ordered this toy box in the green color. It’s more of a sage green, and not as vibrant as the green advertised. In some lighting, it even looks gray. At first, I thought I had been sent the wrong color. Customer service was very responsive and helpful, and sent another to correct the color issue, however the new box is the exact same color. The box was easy to assemble and seems sturdy. It holds a decent amount of toys for the size! It had a weird, slightly unpleasant smell for the first week or so but it seems to have disappeared!. The Toy storage organizer was worth putting together was is very versatile, there were a lot of pieces and I had some help to put it together, not that it was difficult, but it just required patience. I liked that the white board comes with a film protection, which you would have to peel. It also has a board eraser and some magnets. This works just fine for a kids playroom. I’m not sure if I assembled it correctly or if one of the pieces was just off because the hardware on this front bottom piece is showing, despite it matching the piece I was supposed to use from the assembly instructions.
