I love my new rug! I did not expect to love it as much as I do. Less than a year ago I bought a stunning pink and white wool rug from Wayfair and was so happy with it. On the first day my cat ruined it. She was attracted to the wool texture and clawed the rug to pieces. I couldn't live with it, it ruined my newly decorated living room and after months of looking on Wayfair I found this rug. It had the pink tones I wanted and my cat is leaving it alone. I looked for all polyester this time. I would prefer wool but it isn’t possible with my cat. This rug is gorgeous. But be aware- it is not the dark pink tones in the center medallion that is in the picture of it on the Wayfair site. It is pale pink tones, not dark pink. This rug is BEAUTIFUL, and so soft. Purchased it for my first grandbabies nursery here at home, and I am so happy with my decision. I searched months for a carpet that would match the color of her nursery, and this rug did not disappoint. It states that it’s pink in the description, and I believe it is, but I also see peach in it as well. If you are looking for a peach rug…THIS ONE IS IT!! I cannot say enough good things about it. First off, this is a beautiful rug. It's very soft and is just what I was looking for. That makes the second part even more unfortunate. But it doesn't get a full five stars because the packaging it arrived in was so flimsy that it ripped, (the deliverer conveniently placed it down on the ground, ripped side down, ) so I did have to use my little green Bissell to get the stain out. Luckily it came out easily, but I'm still a little bit annoyed that I only got a 40% refund when this rug was over $100. There is an option of paying $8.99 for a protection plan (I've never needed one for a rug before,) but if you're thinking of getting this rug, consider getting that protection plan, so in case if it arrives damaged, you can get a full refund..
