Fairly easy to build, I did it myself in a little over an hour. My daughter hasn’t used it yet but it seems pretty durable and I think she is going to enjoy it a lot. My only complaint is that, while I know wood grain can come with natural imperfections, I wasn’t expecting this much minor aesthetic damage, but not enough to really complain and send back (some of the white in my picture is styrofoam I haven’t gotten off yet). The packaging was good. The instructions for assembly were not clearly laid out and now with the benefit of hindsight, I can tell that it is missing a couple of instructions while also not sequencing properly the ones mentioned. I would strongly recommend to read thoroughly and plan ahead to avoid rework especially in the final stretch of assembly. Also, a power drill is a must coz the screwdriver does not do a good job.
