We love this tv cabinet. It wasn't that hard to put together as some other customers have mentioned. We did find a few places when putting on the top, the dowls would not line up with the holes so we had skip using them. The color of the cabinet is a bit darker than the picture, but I know all pieces are unique in color. There were 4 places we had scratches and 1 chip, but instead of sending it back or requesting new pieces, WF adjusted the price for us and made it right. Overall, this is a cool piece of furniture and looks great in our living room up against our WF washable area rug. It took him 3hrs and 15 minutes to complete this unit but was given 90 minutes to complete and your representatives kept interfering with nuisance call s and texts asking when he would be done. Whoever assigned this job and time limit given initially clearly had no insight into how difficult this project is done solo. Treating your help this way shows ignorance and lack of respect for the worker. Lorps never paused the whole time he was here and had to create some reposting of the unit to hold pieces together while other pieces were being assembled. it's really beautiful and i put it together just myself took about two hours but very simple. the only reason i don't give it 5 stars is because the cabinet doors (which are gorgeous) are misaligned about 1/4 an inch. i tried adjusting it as recommended and nothing helped. otherwise this is an awesome product, i really love it and have decided to just ignore it lol. Nice cabinet that feels a little smaller than expected. It includes white wooden knobs that I switched out with others to coordinate with another furniture piece. For reference, in my photo, the baskets are 16” D x 9” W x 6” H as positioned, to give an idea of what would fit on a shelf.
