This was only my only for 2+months when I was moving. You can really cook anything in it. I cooked 2 meals a day during that time and it still looks brand new 6 months later. these pans are absolutely perfect. the quality seems to be very high, they are sturdy and the coating seems safe. they do come unassembled and you have to screw on the handles, but it comes with probably the best screwdriver i have ever had for it. i am very happy with these and can cook pancakes, grilled cheese, etc with no issues of burning or sticking, and cleaning them after is very easy. These frying pans are large and have some good depth to them as well. Makes cooking larger portions easy. I have now used them several times and so far nothing has stuck! Love this Pan! Attractive, nice weight and crisp bacon at med-low. Read the instructions on how to use it(preheat 2min.) And have cooked with no added oil. Made an omelette last night with out adding any oil or fat and it turned out great. Wish it had come with a lid is my only complaint.
