This was only my only for 2+months when I was moving. You can really cook anything in it. I cooked 2 meals a day during that time and it still looks brand new 6 months later. This is a good set. I especially like the large skillet with the little helper handle. They do stick slightly, but have been very easy to clean for the most part. When I did have the food stick, I just soaked for a little while in hot soapy water and was able to remove the stuck on part. I think it was caused by the sauce on the food and maybe cooking a bit too hot. Since every brand of pan is a little different, it takes a few cooking sessions to see how they conduct the heat.. These frying pans are large and have some good depth to them as well. Makes cooking larger portions easy. I have now used them several times and so far nothing has stuck! This pan is a perfect size, about 10-inch diameter. Looks nice (dull red as advertised.) While the advertisement says hand-wash recommended, the instructions say it is NOT dishwasher-safe.
