We have a "Florida basement" storage room in our modern organic coastal home that needed a light. This was perfect, nice (not cheap) quality and a little fun. This fanlight is so cool looking! I put it in my back hallway right near the air intake, and it keeps the air moving enough (even on the low setting of 2 out of 6) to keep my AC from turning on too often because of stagnant air. The bulbs I have in it are just 2 tiny nightlight bulbs. It holds 4 bulbs, so I think I will buy low watt LED filament (Edison bulbs) because I do like the look the clear bulbs give off thru the wicker. Very beachy feeling! this is such a beautiful fan. it made such a design difference in the nursery. it was very easy for my husband to install. it is lightweight and you can tell it is very good quality. the light changes color temperature and is dimmable which was a huge plus for us, and the fan really throws air even on the lowest speed..
