This came so quickly!! Love the rug!! I got the 9 round because of several reviews showing and stating the 8 rug was a minimum of 6 to 12 smaller than advertised for whatever reasons. Though the base is definitely more of a green color as my hopes are coming through, I have navy blue chairs with wood floors, and it pulls colors from all of its surroundings. Blues, yellows grays, different shades of beige. The green is very obvious, but I feel it is very chameleon like for the colors that pop out of the rug on your surroundings. We've had this runner on steps + hallway in our multi-level house for a couple of years now. We like it so much we're going to buy the same one for a hallway on a different level. It is mostly tan/brown but has a grey overlay in places as well. So it looks great with both beiges and greys.
