It looks beautiful in my home office, the neutral color works perfectly with my décor, and the mesh back keeps it feeling light and airy instead of like a big, bulky office chair. It’s comfortable, supportive, rolls smoothly, and looks much more stylish than the typical desk chair. I did have an issue with my original chair. It began making very loud popping noises when I moved in it, which obviously wasn’t something I expected. This is where the experience really impressed me. I contacted customer service, and they were absolutely outstanding. There was no hassle or runaround. They immediately took care of the problem, and within four days I had a replacement chair! They also paid all of the shipping costs to return the original chair. The entire replacement process was quick, easy, and handled exactly the way you hope a company will respond when something goes wrong. Products occasionally have issues—that happens. This is a great office chair. Mechanically, this is a much higher quality than most that I have used. It was easy to assemble and works great in the space we needed it for. well the first thing that comes to mind is the speed of shipping that came very fast. the chair itself is awesome. I just could not find a comfortable counter height chair for my counter height kitchen table so I was thinking out of the box. I assembled it in probably a half hour to 40 minutes without any problems. I especially like the longer handle allen wrench with the bar at the end of it that made screwing in the screws a lot easier than a little finger allen wrench that you usually get with stuff. all the parts were there all the screws lined up without difficulty. chair is basic with nice coloring and ample padding on chair seat and arms. I am able to reach around while sitting to adjust the lumbar support. this chair has a rocking mechanism which I was not aware of but I havent dialed that in just yet but there is a knob to adjust the rocking mechanism. the height adjustment is pretty straightforward you have to not be sitting on the seat to raise it up. the seat is wide enough so I can sit with one leg under in a cross leg position and that was a big plus for me. the armrests lift up fully out of the way. I have lvp vinyl in the kitchen so these caster wheels slide across very easily. the foot rest is also what I had to consider and this one is perfect. all in all this is a perfect chair for my counter height kitchen table and it supports my wide load without difficulty.. We love the beige it is a little lighter than the picture. Nice top- stitch features. Very comfortable. I have not experimented with the five-click lumbar support. I do think if you are short and use the maximum lumbar support you may need a footrest. My husband on occasion needed a second pair of hands. These are great chairs. I have two in my office for meetings, and everyone has commented that they are comfortable and attractive. Since they don't have arms, the small meeting table doesn't look like it has a forest of furniture. The beige is more taupe than cream, so the color isn't quite what I envisioned—it's darker and grayer. But overall I'm very pleased.
