When we moved, we didn't take my office furniture with me including the office chairs. This chair is light weight and with a mesh back, it prevents me from sweating. The arms lift up. Also the arm length has an extension that I accidentally figured out today which I guess is for people with shorter or longer arm length. It also rolls quite freely. It could stand to have a matt under it to help prevent that as the wheels do not lock. I was leaning over in the chair picking something up off of the floor and the chair flipped me. I am sure it was quite comical looking with me on the floor with a chair on my back when my spouse came to see what had happened. We both had a good laugh as the only thing that got hurt was my pride, so you might want to be aware of this on a smooth or hard surface. Also the chair can be higher or lowered with the wand on the right hand side. I have sat in the chair for hours and have yet to have a backache, so I am a fan.
