Truly fantastic table - perfect for the price. Putting it together isn't as easy as other boxed furniture - but it's also solid wood, so that's the trade-off. You probably want a power drill to make construction easier/faster (using just a screwdriver is some hard work, but totally feasible!). This is one of the best purchases we have made from Wayfair. It is MUCH nicer in person - super high quality and very durable. We've had this for 5-6 years now and it still looks brand new. Stunning table, but requires a project to make it safe at least for me! This table looks amazing and the top is much more durable than standard tile. It does feel like tile, but it is not. However, the manufacturer’s support board stops 6 inches short of the edge. This leaves the rim vulnerable to cracking if someone leans on it to stand up. Because of this design flaw, I had to source a massive sheet of 3/4-inch plywood, get it delivered, and have it custom-cut into a perfect 58-inch circle to replace the factory piece. Aside from this installation hassle that can lead to injuries the leg is well-supported and the table is beautiful. Dimensions are spot on, definitely can fit 8, comfortably 6 chairs around.. Assembly was a little tricky because the leaf did not align with the pre-drilled holes. Moving the hardware fixed this.
