My 16 year old was able to put this together by himself. However, the instructions were vague and there are 20 screws that came with it but no clear instructions on where they go. Great futon! Shorter (on the back) than I expected but overall it serves its purpose. We bought this for our 10 year old who needed a little sitting area in his room to watch tv or play video games while friends are over. Cool that it converts to an extra bed as well. Super simple and quick to put together, also very easy to adjust into a bed or back into a futon. Really pretty color but it’s suede not leather, either way it has a leather aesthetic.
