This product arrived damaged. The two pieces were in two separate bags within the the shipping box. It appears to my contractor and me that this was, perhaps, a returned item that was then shipped out to me. Hopefully, this was an oversite by the shipping department. The product is as pictured. I plan to return it - will let you know how the replacement functions when is installed. Didnt have to return it. Just took a picture and sent to Wayfair. The replacement was here before I sent the picture. Totally painless.. Rosemary. RI. Tue Nov 08 2022

Genuine Moen product, high quality and a great prices. Only slight glitch on this order was a quality controll issue from the manufacturer. Wayfair had my issue resolved very quickly and sent out a replacement upon receipt of the defective product being shipped back to them via Fed Ex. Got the replacement 2 days later! The issue was not Wayfairs fault, but they handled it really well.. Mark. Park City, UT. Sun Apr 19 2026

Got this to match my regular Moen kitchen faucet. I like that is is a slim design. So many of the cold water dispensers are bulkier, and since mine has to be close to the main faucet it can be too much. This hit the sweet spot.. Jacqueline. Westerville, OH. Mon Nov 02 2026

This insulated bottle keeps beverages hot or cold for 20 hours. Dispenses easily, just press down on the button at the top and the beverage pours out. It's bigger than I expected. Which is wonderful because I'd rather have more than needed than less and needing more. For sure I intend on ordering again through Wayfair, but I highly recommend the Vondior Airpot. I would take a photo, but I have disabilities in my hands and fingers. Vondior you definitely get an A Plus from me.. Anonymous. Mon Oct 05 2026
