This is a great carrier -- well made and sturdy, the weather/water proof bottom to the pack is a nice feature for hiking and park days. It fits my 18 lb corgi well! Bought this as carry-around tool bag, it's such great quality, especially like that 2 piece handle, very sturdy and ergonomic, comfort to hold. The shoulder pad is soft and comfortable too.
