It took me four hours by myself to put together but the instructions were ok and all the hardware was there. Construction of the wood parts was good. It's very solid and I love having the trundle option under the bed. Just remember that you need a thinner mattress for the trundle pull out than for the top bed. It was such a savings to put it together myself then to purchase one in a furniture store. I purchased the grey version which is a soft hazy color.. Melissa. Hubbardston, MA. Wed Jun 17 2026

Super cute, my toddler was so excited. Took about 2.5 hours to build. Downside is the casters had to be left off or the drawers are too high to properly close all the way. Wish the support beams came with a few additional pieces so my husband and I felt more secure when laying in it with him to put him to sleep but overall sturdy enough. We also had to buy corner cushions for the pieces by the stairs because they are pretty sharp and my toddler slipped on the stairs and got a small cut by his eye when he hit the rails by the steps.. Great quality! And it was so easy to put together. I placed a 6” memory foam mattress and that seemed to work great between the head board and spacing below. Bed it very soft and seems easy to clean in case of a spill.. Anonymous. Mon Sep 28 2026

Fairly easy to put together love the slat support for the mattress. It is quite low, so we added a 5” box spring which added support raised it a bit. It is solid wood, but I’d say not strong enough if you have an active child who would jump on the bed. We are using in our vacation home, so it is plenty sturdy for that.. Charlene. Tue Sep 29 2026

This spindle bed ships conveniently in one box and includes easy-to-read instructions, tools, and hardware for quick assembly—no box spring or bunkie board required.

Ok, giving this 4.5 stars for aesthetic and solid wood frame. HOWEVER, please be cautioned There were some dings and splintering that are fortunately hidden after assembly with one acception. The assembly itself self took 2.5 hrs with a couple sanity breaks. Each spindled piece has an item sticker that would be visible and thus needed removal. I ruined my nails and spent 10x as long removing stickers and the glue as I did putting the head and footboard together. After FINALLY getting this bed put together, I almost cried contemplating the labor intensive deconstruction that would be required to take it out of the room. This project is not for the faint of heart. It is, indeed, a project. I would not deduct stars as paying for assembly is an option. Also, an oversight on my part, but the bedframe will not house a mattress and box spring, only a mattress. My biggest frustration was the assembly, and second the blemishes on the frame. Of course I cannot handle breaking down to return for replacement pieces, but generally I would recommend if youre going for appearance.. Laurel. Ormond Beach, FL. Mon Aug 03 2026

Crafted from durable solid pine, this Montessori-style toddler floor bed features a removable safety guardrail and bed legs for customizable protection. The low-profile design with sturdy slat support and hand-sanded edges ensures all-around safety for active sleepers and playtime.

It's exactly what I needed. An inexpensive day bed, low to the ground to transition my toddler into the next size up bed. She loves it. The instructions are terrible, the wood is bare, and the pieces aren't labeled clearly. But we all knew what we were buying when we bought this, so we can't complain!. Sarah. Cape Cod.
