The FPG1 70" freestanding punching bag gives you a complete home boxing setup without the wobble, noise, or space issues of traditional bags. Its dual‑absorber and four‑spring system absorbs shock and reduces sound from any angle, while the detachable springs let you switch between fast rebound for technique training and a firmer feel for strength work. The base stays rock‑solid on smooth floors thanks to 12 suction cups and a 205‑lb sand‑filled capacity, so you can kick and punch hard without chasing the bag around. At 70 inches tall, it fits teens and adults alike, and the multi‑layer build (steel tube, EPE foam, PU leather) stands up to repeated strikes. Plus, it comes with 12oz gloves that offer pro‑level padding and a pre‑curved fit, so you’re ready to train the moment you unbox.

This is an awesome stress reliever and a great way to get a work out in! The bottom gets filled with water. It was pretty easy to set up. I love that it came with gloves so I didn't have to get those separately. It's sturdier than I thought it would be!. Sarah. Finksburg, MD. Thu Jul 23 2026

What if your family's fitness goals didn't require a garage full of separate machines? Imagine this: You're finishing a set of heavy Smith machine presses while your partner crushes lat pulldowns on the opposite side—both of you using the same 121lb weight stack, in the same footprint, at the same time. No waiting, no re-racking plates, no compromising. This isn't just a home gym; it's a dual-sided training fortress where every workout feels custom-built, every session is shared, and every square inch works harder than you do.

Just want I was looking for. All in one smith machine for my basement. Got it on sale and have no regrets.. Yareli. Cumming, GA. Sun May 03 2026

Your garage isn’t a gym—it’s where you park the car, store holiday decorations, and maybe squeeze in a workout if you’re lucky. Until now. Picture this: after your last set of heavy squats, you flip a lever and the entire rack folds flat against the wall, leaving you a clean 3 sq ft of floor. Tomorrow, unfold it, slide the dual cable pulleys into place, and crush a chest-and-back superset with a partner—no waiting, no re-racking, just pure, efficient training. This isn’t just a rack; it’s your personal gym-on-demand, designed for real life and real results.
