This chair is pretty comfortable and roomy. It is pretty easy to assemble but connecting all the wires were a little confusing. The instructions do not mention hidden wires and I had to reach out to customer support which was very helpful. A suggestion is to depict the hidden wires with photos and explanation in the instructions. The recline and lift functions are pretty slow - not sure if that is by design. The heat feature is nice, but doesn't really hit my lower back even when reclined all the way. The massage feature is ok - it's more like vibrations than massage, but still feels nice. The fabric is nice on this recliner. It rocks which is nice. It was fairly easy to put together except the arms were a challenge. The massage is nice. The three stars are because it will only put the feet up and the head down at the same time. There is no adjustment for just putting your feet up or the back down. I had to add an ottoman for my feet if I want to have them up but be upright on the back. It makes it very inconvenient. It did not say this anywhere in the description or I would have gotten a different chair. If you don't mind the reclining and feet up in the same motion, then it is a nice chair.. Deborah. This lift chair recliner is truly awesome!! We’ve owned a few lift chairs over the years, and this one is by far the best — it reclines the farthest back and lifts the highest of any chair I’ve ever seen!! The fabric is so soft and plush, and with the heat and so many massage settings, this bad boy is so comfortable you’re not going to want to get out of it! It even has two really nice pull-out metal cup holders, one on each armrest. We actually shopped at a very high-end furniture store in town before getting this one, and honestly, this chair from Wayfair beats the lift chair recliners they had BY FAR! We got this for my mother, who has a very small room and is pretty tiny herself. Her last chair was smaller, and after getting this one, I have to say — even though it’s probably a little large for her room — I wouldn’t go back. That old chair just wasn’t comfortable or well made.
