The purchase experience was seamless, and the shipment actually arrived earlier than expected! I bought the Zinus Full Size Bed Frame for my son. The packaging arrived in perfect condition, and the frame color looks exactly as pictured online. Unboxing and setup were a breeze—the written instructions were clear, and they even provided a QR code for a video walkthrough, which was super helpful. I was initially worried because I had seen some negative reviews for this same model on other sites, but my experience was completely different. Everything aligned perfectly when following the steps, and all the required assembly tools were included right in the box. Compared to other manufacturers making similar Zinus-style frames, Zinus really nailed the engineering here—they smartly pre-screwed several parts at the factory, minimizing what actually needs to be assembled at home. I absolutely love this bedroom set. It is solid real wood and very striking. It was easy to put together with 2 people, and the bedside tables came assembled. My only complaint was that packing on one of the side tables allowed the peg of the legs to punch through the bottom of the drawer, but the company offered to reship (and we had to ship other one back at their cost), or refund. We chose the refund as the holes were coverable and minimal. We were afraid if we chose exchange, it come even more damaged, as others’s reviews had mentioned. We decided to buy a smaller dresser for our guest bedroom. This dresser looks stylish and went together pretty easily. We did have one issue with one of the last legs we attached. One of the screws wouldn't tighten. The other one did so the leg is stable for now. We contacted Wayfair and they allowed us to fully explain the situation.
