This dog bed is really cool and I love that it is raised. It’s actually the same velvety material as my couch that has ottomans the dogs love to lay on. So, I thought they would love this and it would be a no brainer. However, they don’t seem so gravitate toward it. I guess it’s a little small for something that is not on the ground for the to lay on. The upside is that the cats really love it. I would highly recommend this for smaller dogs!! That is approved! It was easy to install, just need to remember not to tighten all the screws until at the very end (otherwise you wont be able to get all holes to match), it also helped that I tightened the screws by lifting the bed sideways up, so it was a bit tilted when I put the last screw in and once that was halfway in, I straightened it all to levelled.
