This was not obvious in the website photos or specifications. Shipping took almost a month longer than expected. Lack of updates was very frustrating. Once delivery was scheduled, the delivery team was excellent. One piece was damaged, the delivery team call customer support immediately and ordered a replacement piece. I like that the cushions are velcroed on so they don't slide, but be advised that any underside of a cushion is a sort of felt-type material that hangs onto dirt and dog hair.
