This was initially going to be a 1 star review because when the bookcase arrived, every shelf and the bottom of the bookcase was damaged. I changed it to 4 stars because of how great the product support has been. I submitted the issue to wayfair and they put me in touch with the manufacturer, who offered to send a replacement if I sent the damaged one back. I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of returning such a large item so I asked for a partial refund and they offered 25 back, which I felt like was fair. They also responded every time in a timely manner. So while the product did arrive damaged, customer service was excellent and this experience won’t deter me from ordering from wayfair again.. This wooden bookcase is crafted from oak and exudes a rustic charm, making it a timeless addition to your study or living room. This elegant bookshelf is crafted from solid oak wood that makes it durable and sturdy. The robust wooden shelf requires minimal maintenance, and the beautiful texture of the wood gives it a rustic charm. The shelves provide ample space for keeping your collections of books, magazines, and documents in perfect order. With a simple yet timeless design, the bookshelf can also be used for displaying decorative items, photo frames, etc. Warning: In order to prevent overturning, this product must be used with the wall attachment device provided.

The bookcase itself is very nice, but some holes didn't line up when putting it together. Also the top portion and the bottom portion do not line up flush across the front. They are offset from each other. I did not see anything explaining that the pegs that hold the shelves are made of plastic. I have bought other bookcases that use pegs to set the shelves onto, but they are metal.. Jane. Warren, OH. Sat Jun 27 2026

75.2" Tall Large Farmhouse Bookcase Bookshelf, 6-Tier Bookshelf, Open Storage with Adjustable Shelves, Exquisite Frame Wooden Bookcase for Living Room, Home Office

Very pretty! Very tall which is just what I wanted. I was worried about the stability with it being so tall but the unit is very well built and very sturdy. Sturdy but not too heavy to move or set up. It comes with a brace to attach to the wall but not necessary for my use. It took an hour to put together. There were many pieces but all very well labeled and hardware all divided in baggies and labeled making it very easy to know you were using the right piece.. Brenda. TX. Mon Sep 28 2026

Nice looking and sturdy once it’s built. The directions could have had more detail. It took me 2 12 hours to assemble.. Anonymous. Fri Oct 09 2026

This classic bookcase brings clean organization to your home office or study area. It's crafted from solid wood, highlighting a smooth texture that coordinates effortlessly with various decor styles. The open shelving provides plenty of space to display books, framed photos, or storage baskets while keeping them easy to access. A fully finished back panel adds versatile placement options, letting you position it against a wall or use it to divide your space. It also arrives ready to use right out of the box to save you time.

The color and style are perfect in our bedroom, however the first try arrived damaged and trying to re-box it in the original cut-apart, damaged box was not fun. The replacement arrived about a month after the initial, damaged shelf and is in good shape. This is the second time we have ordered a wood product that arrived damaged. I like the final result this time though. Last time the replacement console table was worse than the first one!. Ruth. Franklin, TN. Sat Sep 19 2026

This bookcase brings easy organization and classic charm to your space. Crafted from solid wood, it offers open storage with three tiers of shelving for your favorite books, plants, and decorative accents. Vertical side slats keep items secure while adding an open, airy look. Its folding design allows for quick setup and convenient storage or portability whenever you decide to rearrange. Plus, the included tip-over restraint device adds extra security.

Came beautifully packaged! No dings. The color is slightly more orangey than I wanted but I’m okay with that. I love that there is no assembly, and the wood is fairly good quality for the price. Just two negatives - I wish I could remove the nubs (that join the units together) on the top unit, and the company sticker on the unit was a bear to get off - I don’t know why companies put them on the unit like that! A least make them easier to remove. Took me 25 minutes with goo be gone to scrape it off. I left the bottom one on that can’t be seen bc I don’t feel like scraping another one off!. Lisa. US. This is a sturdy, well-built solid wood bookcase. It was delivered sooner than promised (yea!). Love that it was already assembled.. Lois. Austin, TX. Sun Oct 18 2026

This solid wood bookcase brings a clean, architectural look to your space while offering plenty of room for organization. It's crafted from solid oak, showcasing visible woodgrain for added depth and a touch of organic texture. The open-shelf design allows you to display books, decorative accents, or storage baskets with ease. Its low-profile silhouette makes it a versatile addition that fits neatly under windows or against shorter walls. The stackable design gives you the flexibility to expand your storage as your needs grow. Plus, adjustable shelves let you customize the layout for taller items.

I purchased the 3-shelf size, 36" H X 48" wide. It holds my entire cookbook collection and does double duty as a divider between the foyer and kitchen/dining area. Beautiful, heavy wood in the mission style. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the backing. I wish furniture manufacturers would stop to consider that not every piece of furniture is going to be put against a wall, so it would be nice to have a decent backing. The back of this bookcase is some sort of shiny, vinyl covered panel and the color is awful. Maybe it was meant to be faux marble, but they missed by a mile. It simply looks like someone threw dirt on it then watered it!. Gloria. Exton, PA. Sat Apr 18 2026
