This little sofa is really lovely! The faux leather doesn’t look plastic-y or cheap at all, and it’s comfortable and sturdy. Looks more expensive than it was. Assembly was pretty straight forward, except putting on the back — there wasn’t a clear image of which direction it went, so make sure you look at where the Velcro goes and that the flap is supposed to cover the very back of the sofa. I got the curry velvet color. It looks quite different than the color in the picture but I was expecting that from other photos. More deep orangey red brown than tan. But I actually think it's so beautiful! Took me and my boyfriend about 45 minutes to set it up, it was fairly easy. The bottom cushion is firm and the back cushions are nice and soft. I got it for my therapist office and I think that is a perfect combination for clients sitting on it regularly. There are no side cushions, so you’ll need to get some pillows if you want to lounge. This is a lovely mid century modern couch. It arrived very well packaged but did have a small scuff on the back of one of the cushions. It was hard to out together with two people. The directions say to put the arm on, then the back but either way was hard. Once they were together it slides together to lock and the feet go on.
