It's very well made. Heavy duty, nice finish, good construction. The instructions are a little light and the photos and part descriptions could be better, but stick with it and it turns into a decent cart. The paint job on the metal parts is deluxe and thick - so much so that I had to sand down the opening that goes thru the Drum, (part B) otherwise the Pipe (part I) wouldn't fit. Worked fine after that!. Don. Coram, NY. Fri Sep 18 2026

Mounted it to stucco and works like a charm! It’s light but easily reels in my garden hose, keeping it off the ground and organized. Much better than those plastic reels that are bulky and unattractive. I’d suggest ditching the included hardware for tapcom screws (blue) if you’re going to mount it to masonry.. Jeffrey. This heavy duty hose reels can hold 229 feet of 5/8 inch or 393 feet of 1/2 inch water pipe. This product is constructed with a tubular steel frame with a green powder-coated surface, which is durable and suitable for outdoor us

When I ordered this hose reel I was looking forward to not having to drag heavy hoses all over the yard to water my garden, or have the dogs chew on it. This reel can hold 300 ft. of hose, more than enough for us, and it is very sturdy. The only thing I found wrong was the screws were too short - although they would work, I would suggest getting some a little longer. Also, the wrench included is not adequate. Some spaces were a little hard to reach with that wrench, so we needed a stronger one.. Mary. Niles, MI. Wed Apr 15 2026
