I am so freaking happy about the quality of this chair. Online purchases are such a risk, for quality and comfort. But this chair nails it on both. I sink right into it in the best way possible. I was nervous about it looking sloppy too, because some of the review pics made it seem like the slip cover was messy but it's not and it steamed out beautifully.
