It was unfortunate that I did not receive the first delivery as FedEx delivered it to somebody elses home, but Wayfair customer service was wonderful and shipped me a new chair right away. The chairs are great! Simple to put together and look like the pictures. Very comfortable. My only complaint is one of the chairs came with a piece of the rattan not attached to the chair so it is sticking out and will need to be glued back on I guess. I would recommend these chairs..
