The M150 Copper Cookware collection's two-ply construction consists of 90-percent copper and 10-percent 18/10 stainless steel. The cookware's durable, ultra-thin stainless-steel interior preserves the taste and nutritional qualities of foods, while its 1-1/2-mm thick copper exterior heats evenly and conducts faster than other metals. In fact, copper is twice as conductive as aluminum and 10 times more conductive than stainless steel, which means fast, even heating and rapid cool down, providing chefs maximum control over the cooking process. Thoughtfully designed, the pan's two loop side handles come riveted for strength and stay cool to the touch on the stovetop for comfortable lifting or transport. Its matching lid fits securely to trap in heat, moisture, and nutrients, plus offers a looped, riveted handle for simple removal. The easy-to-clean cookware can be used on gas, electric, halogen, or induction (with a disc) cooktops, and it will even withstand an oven's heat..

The braisers are excellent for braising meat, and veggies and preparing casseroles. Designed to withstand repeated usage even in the most demanding kitchens, this cookware is ideal for home and professional cooks who want the utmost in quality and performance. Manufactured to the highest standards, Tramontina cookware combines European styling with the finest materials available for construction.

Where has this beautiful and versatile piece been all my cooking life Looks good enuf to serve from, and discoloration from cooking cleans easily with a little Barkeepers Friend.. Mary-charles. Elk Creek, VA. Wed Jan 14 2026

A saute pan scores high points for versatility. They have a larger surface area so you can fit lots of ingredients, stir them or toss them around, and have them cook evenly. Meanwhile, their straight sides are not too short or too tall, keeping oils from splattering and foods from flying out of the pan, so there’s less to clean after. As part of our Copper Core collection, this saute pan features a thick copper core, 2 layers of aluminum, and 2 layers of stainless steel. This unique construction makes it ultra-responsive to heat, disperses heat evenly, and creates unmatched, long-lasting durability. For an added touch of elegance, it has a polished surface and a cutout that shows off that lustrous copper. It’s large enough to cook for a small gathering or the family and has enough for leftovers. Bonded, engineered, and assembled in the USA. Backed by All-Clad's limited lifetime warranty.

My second one! Perfect for crispy gyozas and even cooking. This is the second time I have purchased this sauté pan because the first one performed so well. It has become a staple in my kitchen for several reasons: Superior Heat Distribution: The heat distributes perfectly across the entire surface. Unlike other pans I’ve used, this one has a very uniform temperature, which is essential for consistent cooking. Crispy gyozas: I love making gyozas in this pan. Because of the even heat, they come out incredibly crispy every single time, which was always a struggle with my older, non-uniform pans. Durability: The pan feels very heavy-duty and resistant. To keep the nonstick surface in perfect condition, I always make sure to use specialized utensils (like silicone or wood) instead of metal. Highly recommended if you want professional results at home!. Kat. Belmont, MA. Thu Apr 23 2026
