The one thing I was worried about was the weight of these pans but I'm coming from an All-Clad copper-core set and these are way heavier than the Heston. Not only do they cook great and clean well, but I love the curved sides on the 5-quart all-in-one pan. It was also way lighter than I expected, so kudos!. Juergen. Fri Sep 18 2026

The FINEX Cast Iron Skillet with lid was inspired by a time when a polished cast iron skillet was at the heart of every American kitchen but designed to meet the expectations of today's cooks. Like the best antique skillets, it has a polished ultra-smooth cooking surface for minimal sticking and easy cleaning. Unlike your grandparent's skillet, the distinctive geometric shape is pour-friendly and the stainless-steel spring handle cools down quickly.

This skillet is heavy duty. Awesome design and will last a life time.. Tracy. Woodbridge, NJ. Tue Jul 14 2026

The M150 Copper Cookware collection's two-ply construction consists of 90-percent copper and 10-percent 18/10 stainless steel. The cookware's durable, ultra-thin stainless-steel interior preserves the taste and nutritional qualities of foods, while its 1-1/2-mm thick copper exterior heats evenly and conducts faster than other metals. In fact, copper is twice as conductive as aluminum and 10 times more conductive than stainless steel, which means fast, even heating and rapid cool down, providing chefs maximum control over the cooking process. Thoughtfully designed, the pan's two loop side handles come riveted for strength and stay cool to the touch on the stovetop for comfortable lifting or transport. Its matching lid fits securely to trap in heat, moisture, and nutrients, plus offers a looped, riveted handle for simple removal. The easy-to-clean cookware can be used on gas, electric, halogen, or induction (with a disc) cooktops, and it will even withstand an oven's heat..

M'ELITE is a collection conceived for induction, solid and lasting. This range, very performing, is made of 5 layers, combining stainless steel, 3 successive layers of aluminum, and an exterior layer of ferritic stainless steel. This alloy ensures a perfect conductibility, thanks to a rapid and uniform distribution of the heat, all over the product.

Looking to replace your current, used frypan? This copper deep skillet has a brilliant exterior and remarkable cooking capacity with nine and a half diameters of cooking space. This is a phenomenal addition to any copper set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the copper look on the outside of the skillet. You can also use it in the oven. It's not recommended for induction style stoves. Also you shouldn't use it on high heat when cooking because the food will burn and stick. It's 8 inches in size perfect for cooking pancakes, eggs, or even a steak.. Keisharenee90_3583. Le Creuset’s braiser is crafted from our legendary enameled cast iron and is uniquely designed to provide steady, even heat to transform tough cuts of meat and hearty vegetables into tender, flavorful dishes. The wide base allows ingredients to be placed in a single layer for searing without crowding; once the liquid is added, the heavy lid circulates steam to lock in moisture and flavor. Durable and easy to clean, the versatile shape of the braiser also makes it perfect for sautéing, shallow frying, steaming, casseroles, and serving dishes at the table – the ideal pan for every day.
