The M150 Copper Cookware collection's two-ply construction consists of 90-percent copper and 10-percent 18/10 stainless steel. The cookware's durable, ultra-thin stainless-steel interior preserves the taste and nutritional qualities of foods, while its 1-1/2-mm thick copper exterior heats evenly and conducts faster than other metals. In fact, copper is twice as conductive as aluminum and 10 times more conductive than stainless steel, which means fast, even heating and rapid cool down, providing chefs maximum control over the cooking process. Thoughtfully designed, the pan's two loop side handles come riveted for strength and stay cool to the touch on the stovetop for comfortable lifting or transport. Its matching lid fits securely to trap in heat, moisture, and nutrients, plus offers a looped, riveted handle for simple removal. The easy-to-clean cookware can be used on gas, electric, halogen, or induction (with a disc) cooktops, and it will even withstand an oven's heat..

The latest addition to our cookware line, the copper Stew Pan, Chef Dutch Oven, or Cocotte available, will be the bastion of your kitchen. For roasts in the oven, stews on the stovetop, or the Beef Bourguignon that requires both. Copper Dutch ovens are the perfect kitchen tool for anyone who loves to cook. Made from high-quality copper, these ovens offer superior heat distribution and retention, making them ideal for slow-cooking soups, stews, and casseroles. Our patented handle system gives a very modern update to the best of traditional cookware to improve function - ergonomic, heat dissipation, and accessory placement while cooking or when hanging. Performance, beauty, tradition - if cookware were cars, copper would be your dependable and durable Ferrari. From stovetop to tabletop to hanging on the rack, oohhs will be ahhed and tastebuds will salivate before the first bite with copper in the kitchen. Amazing control, minimal preheating, uniform temperature throughout the surface, chefs prize much more than the beauty of copper. These are the standards of excellence and elegance that keep copper cookware at the pinnacle for professionals, connoisseurs, and people who like shiny things

M'Elite, Hammered at will and performance at will The exterior finish is polished and hammered, the setting in riveted cast-iron stainless steel, hallmarked Mauviel 1830 confers an incomparable aesthetic character. This line, lasting and robust, is 50% more effective than with an induction disk. The conductibility of the heat and its distribution is very fast and uniform all over the utensil. The alloy of stainless steel, aluminium and ferritic stainless steel in multi layers permits this optimized distribution of the heat all over the surface of the product, saving time and energy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didnt expect to love this saucepan this much, but this 8" 3qt one really surprised me in the best way. First off, its gorgeous. The copper exterior gives it such warm, elevated look that honestly makes my whole stovetop feel more high-end. It's one of those pieces you don't feel like hiding away in a cabinet. Beyond looks, it performs really well. It heats up evenly and holds temperature nicely, which makes cooking sauces or reheating food feel much controlled (no random hot spots). The size is also super practical, perfect for everyday use without feeling bulky. The handle feels sturdy and comfortable, and overall it just gives that "quality" vibe when you are using it. It's a great mix of style and function. If you are someone who appreciates cookware that looks as good as it works, this one is definitely worth it.. Patriciar. Tue Apr 21 2026

Prized by professional chefs and home cooks alike, the 13-Piece Tri-Ply Copper Cookware Set from Viking serves up superior performance paired with a beautiful, real copper exterior finish. Unlike some competitor cookware sets, the Viking 13-Piece Tri-Ply Copper Cookware set is made from real copper. Because of this, your professional cookware set will show color variations caused by heat, marks from fingerprints, and will develop a rich patina over time. These natural cosmetic changes to the copper will not affect its cooking performance. Easily keep your cookware set looking like new with a copper polish such as PennyBrite by EZ Brite or with a mixture of lemon and salt. Make pre-heating pans a thing of the past! Due to its high thermal conductivity, you’ll achieve perfectly uniform heating and unrivaled temperature control. Your copper cookware will not only heat up quickly, but it cools quickly as well, making it the perfect companion for cooks seeking precision and control in their cooking. That's why saucier’s and confectionerie’s prize copper cookware to handle these delicate tasks. When it comes to cooking with copper cookware, keep your heat low to moderate and let the pan do the rest! Featuring a durable 18/8 stainless steel interior, you'll never have to worry about copper or other metals leaching into your food. The aluminum-alloy core found in the Viking 13-piece Tri-Ply Copper Cookware set evenly transfers heat from rim-to-rim, eliminating hot spots and giving you the perfect sear each and every time. These metals distribute heat more evenly across the pan while also maintaining a higher cooking temperature, even while cooking on low-to-medium heat. Ergonomic handles reduce pressure on your wrists and ensure a comfortable grip. Vented, tempered glass lids help prevent boilovers and allow you to monitor progress without losing heat. The vented glass lids also provide stability on the pan, eliminating wobbling as steam builds up in the pan. The non-porous inner layer of stainless steel makes it easy to clean and sanitize yet it is non-reactive so there is no etching or interaction with acidic sauces or other ingredients ensuring that the cookware does not impact the flavor of your dish. The set also includes a single-ply stainless steel pasta insert that fits the 8-qt. stockpot, turning it into a multi-purpose pasta cooker. The pasta strainer allows you to cook and strain the pasta with the same insert, eliminating the need to use a separate colander or strainer. By removing the pasta directly from the stockpot, it allows you to save the water for finishing the perfect sauce just like professional chefs do. Keep the exterior of your cookware looking new by cooking only on low-to-medium temperatures and by regularly wiping it with a copper polish or by using a combination of lemon and salt. Washing your cookware by hand after each use and drying by hand as well will also help to keep its color uniform. It is recommended to store your cookware in a dry location. Very happy with this set. Came with everything we need and lids for everything. My family has been cooking with this set for several months now and it took some adjustment going from non-stick to a quality stainless but i wont be going back. The copper does develop a patina over time so they don't stay shiny new forever but thats the nature of copper and I do like the patina look.. Anonymous. Mon Oct 19 2026
