I was a little intimidated when I first opened the box, it looked like alot of different parts. Thankfully what I thought was multiple pieces was actually just alot of packing materials, so this bike is seriously well protected in shipping. I was able to assemble it by myself and it has wheels on the bottom of one side so moving it wasn't hard. The bike has smooth peddling and the resistance is easy to adjust. Arrived very quickly and was packaged very well. Assembly took about an hour or so, but everything fits tightly and it worked right away. There are a lot of great things about this exercise bicycle starting with the manageable size. It does everything a good exercise bike should do, but it's not bulky at all. The resistance knob to make it easier or harder is easy to turn and the seat adjusts nicely. A few things I love about it are the stretch arm and chest strengthening bands. They're in the perfect spot and I really appreciate getting a more complete workout. It's easy to reset and the display cycles through distance, speed and miles per hour and if you have your hand on the bars, it measures pulse and records it. My new stationary bicycle was delivered on the date stated on my order confirmation. The directions were easy to follow and only took maybe 30 minutes for me to assemble. The quality is lacking as there are parts of it that seem to be cheaper made but it works great. The display works and I checked with my medical monitors and they read the same results as the bicycle shows. For the price I would recommend this  if your looking for a cheaper stationary bike.. Having said that, the bike itself is very sturdy and easily functions without any sqeaking or feeling like it's not going to hold together. It comes with resistance bands that are a breeze to take off and on according to your level of fitness. It also comes with a set of arm bands. The seat is a good size and comfortable. This 40 inch Rebounder Trampoline is great. It holds up to 500 lbs so I know it's sturdy. It was super easy to assemble - the bungie cords are already pre-assembled. The adjustable handle is very sturdy and also holds a cell phone. I didn't think I wanted the handle attached but I'm glad I did - it makes for a lot less stress while rebounding and keeping your balance (at least for a novice). Great addition to a home gym. This 3 in 1 leg press and squat machine is great quality. Assembly was done with 1 person and look around 4 hours. It's not over complicated to set up. You can move the back rest and tilt the foot plate to go between the press and squat quickly. It is obviously a large piece of equipment, I still need to rearrange to find room in my gym.
