Nice super sturdy bench. Now i dont have to worry about the wood getting wet, bc this bench is made from HDPE all weather materials! No rain or weather will destroy this one! Assembly wasnt as easy as i was hoping for and i had to stop building it since screw holes didnt quite aline ( other reviewers have mentioned it before) My husband had to take the drill out to make a new screwhole and it luckely remediated the situation. This is a heavy, well-made chair. The poly boards feel thick, the frame does not flex, and it sits firmly once it is together. The recline is comfortable and the seat is generous. It is also much larger than I expected from the listing photos, so measure your space before you buy. I have assembled several of these poly Adirondack-style chairs. These were the worst instructions I have used. You essentially get four low-quality drawings. I had to figure most of it out myself. The one useful part is that you can usually tell which screws belong on each step. If you have put a lot of these together, you will get through it. If this is your first one, expect some frustration. I am docking a star for the hardware finish. Some screw heads are recessed many are not. The leftover silver screws stand out against the navy boards. Recessing the rest and adding caps, or using paintedcolor-matched screws, would be a cheap fix and would make the chair look finished instead of half-assembled. I spent a lot of time looking for a bench that would hold up to the weather (composite) and would rock. This is a glider but I really do like it better than a rocker. We love this little loveseat, with its smooth finish and weather resistant materials. But theres a problem. It doesnt seem to be quite finished!
