We ordered this chair for a last minute sleeping need for a new apartment. It’s a very easy set up and it was delivered overnight. The color was disappointing. We ordered cream an it was more beige with a slight gray overtone. If we hadn’t needed to use, I would have sent back because of color. It’s fairly comfortable. This chair is perfect for my space in my 1 bedroom apartment. It's nice to have another option for a guest to sleep with it's sleeper component. Some said the cushion wasn't super comfortable but I think it's fine. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the under part that comes out to make it either a recliner chair or a bed doesn't have anywhere to lock to the chair, so if you move a certain way, it can start wheeling away from the chair.
