I’m unsatisfied with this product. After the sliding bench arrived and the first assembly guy unpacked the box we discovered a very noticeable split in the composite wood front slate. It should have never been packed and shipped. I immediately contacted Wayfair and had a replacement part sent. When the replacement part arrived the second assembly guy discovered two other parts were cracked or split. Consequently, I immediately recontacted Wayfair while the assembly guy was present and asked for a refund. This is an inferior product. *WARNING *Don’t purchase this product! I wasted my time. Wayfair extended me a $20 gift card. Finally, the last assembly guy completed the assembly to his credit even though several of the screw holes did not match up.. Cornes. Chicago, IL. The chair is beautiful! It’s also very comfortable and reclines back a good amount. Love the feel of the fabric. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is when you pull the handle for the foot rest to come up, it doesn’t come up strong. You have to lean back more for it to lock which is a bit awkward. Hopefully that makes sense. We won’t be using it much but hopefully it works for guests.. Victoria. Texas. Sun Sep 20 2026
