Very simple to put together. Getting the covers on the cushions was a little tricky but after doing two I figured it out quickly.To get rid of the wrinkles others have mentioned,as you are zipping the covers reach inside and adjust the cushion.Try to make sure all corners are filled. Also I bought some strips of velcro to make sure the cushions stay in place. Oh make sure you have a person help with getting the back put in. It makes it a little easier. The sofa is lovely and also comfortable. My reduction of a star is due to delivery issues. I needed advance notice of delivery for very good reasons which were explained in advance. My delivery window was changed to accommodate me. I was assured there would be a 30-45 minute advance call which we had to have. There was a map of the delivery truck’s location on the website which I followed. Once the truck had been 20 miles away for an extended time and the end of the delivery period was approaching, I went over to the delivery address some 5 minutes away. I arrived to find the deliverymen putting together the sofa in the parking area. The deliverymen just laughed when I said I hadn’t gotten a call. They said they’d been told not to call on deliveries.
