This is a great bed. For the price we are really happy with it! We’re using it for our grandchildren. However, one thing you do need to know is a standard mattress doesn’t fit correctly. There’s about 3 to 4 inches on the top and the bottom that if a child was standing on the bed, their foot can go right down through. We are going to remedy it with some foam and some wood support. However, just beware of this issue. Other than that and the fact that the frame is too big for a standard twin mattress and too small for a twin XL. It’s a really great sturdy bed.. Patricia. Seville, OH. Fri Sep 18 2026

This bed was bought for my guestroom. It fits perfectly without taking up too much space, but still looks nice. The color was a perfect match for the existing furniture in the room. It was easy to put together and feels very sturdy. I have high pile carpet, so I was concerned with how smooth pulling the trundle bed out would be, but I did not have any issues with it. The bottom pulls out easily. I purchased a 6" mattress for the bottom frame and it fits well. There is some room left, so I may just get an 8" when it's time to replace the mattress. All in all, the esthetics are nice and it is exactly what I needed.. Melanie. Humble, TX. Sun Jul 26 2026
