I wanted a non-stick griddle that would be good for eggs or pancakes. I know these types of teflon non-stick pans are being fazed out for ceramic non-stick. I have both and find that ceramic non-stick just doesn't offer the same non-stick performance. So I will keep using this as long as I can.. Julie. CA. Wed May 27 2026

This is beautiful and will be an amazing heirloom piece. I have 3 skillets from finex. I cannot recommend this brand enough. The pans are solid and heavy and truly are beautiful. Seasoning and reseasoning is something that I actually like to do to keep them non stick. These pans sit on my stove and they are what we us 95% of the time. Do it! They will last your lifetime and through your children’s lives. The pan comes unseasoned so the color is more bronze, after seasoning they will be black. I’ve attached a photo of my pans that are several years old for comparison. Also get a lid!!. Kori Ann. Odessa, TX. Tue May 18 2021

Cook anything anywhere with this Griddle & Grill Pan. Use it on gas stoves, ovens, induction cooktops, or even over a campfire. Flip it to grill meat or cook pancakes. Pre-seasoned and ready to use—enjoy fast, even cooking every time. Clean easily with the included scrapers and take it with you for any meal prep adventure.

The griddle is sturdy and has a practical size for my stove. I tried making pita bread, but the dough stuck even though the griddle was seasoned. Since I used einkorn and spelt flour, which can be very sticky, I’m not sure whether the issue was the dough or the griddle. I’ll try cooking burgers on it next and update my review.. Abdalla. Clean cooking gets squared away with the Square Griddle Pan–ideal for flipping burgers, eggs, pancakes, and everything in between. With nearly twice the amount of cooking space compared to Caraway's classic Fry Pan, the Square Griddle features our signature non-stick coating for easy cooking and cleaning.

Extremely well made! Very nice and I’m sure it will last me a lifetime! Love the fact that I can use it on my ceramic top stove as not all griddles do. It’s very heavy! I’m sure if I compared to a cast iron griddle they would both be the same weight! If you’re tired of the cheap Teflon or nonstick griddles, then do yourself a favor and invest in this beautiful griddle! (Yeah, lol, it’s beautiful!). Tina. Southern Desert. Mon Feb 09 2026

The color is so pretty and it matches with my ever changing kitchen decor. It also is super sturdy but very easy to clean. It’s been a new staple during this October season especially while living on the East Coast.🎃🌳. Kristenn. Sun Aug 23 2026
