I bought an identical sectional from a competitor several years ago. Although I loved it, the chenille fabric easily snagged and started coming apart at the seams within a couple months. Between the splitting fabric and sinking stuffing after the support straps broke on the bottom, it had to be replaced within just four years. I missed the comfort and style of the original and decided to try purchasing more expensive version that seemed to be better quality. The fabric of this one is considerably more resilient, and there have been no issues during the first eight months of use. The comfort is comparable to my original one.
