This thing is a beast. The company that makes it usually sells it for over $1000. This is the place to buy. The instructions weren't crystal clear but we got the hang of it. There were a couple of random springs with no instructions as to what to do with them. AI came in handy. There was one piece of metal that was slightly bent and prevented the top grate from sliding in but it was easily remedied with a mallet. It is precisely 30dx40w without the skirt. I'm not impressed with the wooden dowels and am ordering other types of perches to install. For this price those tiny little side issues were totally worth it. This cage is large and durable. Assembly was a bit complicated as a few pieces were mislabeled, but after process of elimination I was able to figure it out. You’ll definitely need someone to help you with the way the screws and nuts are placed. received this cage in perfect condition but..... not same as picture from Wayfair, a &e site or any site. instead of having round wire on top dome part, it was flat square. and not all smooth. I was scared for my quaker parrot s feet . also missing parts and the caster wheels were all plastic instead of metal. the space of wiring was bigger than the specifications. cage different than advertised. a&e confirmed that I received the right cage model but all the advertisement are with the wrong picture. so with all that I decided to return for full refund . very disappointed and it s very inconvenient.Wayfair are always a big help though. through all that they are always supportive. excellent customer service. special thank you to Jocelyne (supervisor).
